Hopefully, our daily lives are filled with many moments of joy but, inevitably, there may also be many moments of stress.  Dealing with stress, and the thoughts and emotions that go with it, triggers a physiological process that can have negative and harmful effects on our health.  It is essential for our bodies and minds to experience complete relaxation in order to restore health and wellbeing.  When we sleep we are not totally relaxed and we can still experience muscular tension. In this workshop Nancy Spencer will assist you into comfortable yoga postures using blankets and bolsters to support every part of your body.  She will guide you to bring a gentle attention to your breath as you drift into stillness.  Mary Ellen Alberti will Reiki each person as they let go of thoughts and tension directing Life Force Energy into the body to deepen the state of relaxation and aide in the release of any holding of negative energy.
